MandE Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Manager to join our team on a high-profile commercial new build project. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all MandE aspects from installation through to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. MandE Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical services on site Oversee MandE subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered to specification and programme Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones and risks Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and the main contractor Lead commissioning, testing, and handover processes Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently Manage quality assurance and ensure high standards of workmanship Support procurement and value engineering activities MandE Manager Requirements Proven experience as an MandE Manager on commercial construction projects Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams Excellent understanding of construction processes and project delivery Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong communication and leadership ..... full job details .....
