MandE Manager Manchester Are you an experienced MandE Manager looking to join a leading main contractor delivering high profile construction projects across the UK? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of major developments. You''ll play a key role in managing the mechanical and electrical elements of large, complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery. The Role Managing the mechanical and electrical delivery of major construction projects. Coordinating MandE subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest standards. Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Working closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and Quantity Surveyors Managing quality inspections, commissioning activities and handover. Monitoring programme, progress and project costs relating to MandE packages. Attending site, client and subcontractor meetings. Identifying and resolving technical and programme issues. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to final completion. The Person Previous experience as an MandE Manager on large construction projects. Background working for a main contractor or major specialist contractor.
