This is a permanent opportunity for a strong operational leader with experience managing heating services, repairs, and maintenance contracts within a social housing or housing maintenance environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day gas and heating operations, managing a team of engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual, compliance, and customer service requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the MandE Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing and leading a team of heating engineers, operatives, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.Overseeing gas and heating repairs, servicing, and maintenance contracts across a social housing portfolio.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), compliance standards, and team performance to drive operational improvements.Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant industry regulations and company procedures.Identifying training requirements and supporting the ongoing development and progression of engineers and operational staff.Maintaining strong communication with ..... full job details .....
