MandE Estimator, Tier 1 Contractor

We are looking for an experienced MandE Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to work on two-stage MandE tenders for our Large Tier 1 Main Contractor Client. In addition to tendering the MEPH packages on new projects you will be assisting in managing sub-contractor variation accounts and following the project through. This role requires a full time Building Services Estimator / Quantity Surveyor based in our clients modern Central London Office. We are looking for a technically strong professional MEPH Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a Long term career with an exceptional Tier 1 Contractor. It is essential to have comprehensive large value MEPH Tendering and/or Quantity Surveying (QS) Experience in the London Market on Commercial or Retail Building and Refurbishment Projects for this position.
