The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for MandE projects up to approximately GBP2m, working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:Prepare competitive tender packages and first-principles pricing up to GBP2m.Produce detailed cost plans and preliminary costs.Carry out take-offs from drawings and specifications.Issue enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors and analyse returned quotations.Undertake site surveys where required.Work closely with the Building Estimator on joint bids.Produce clear, itemised estimates with transparent mark-ups.Support negotiations, supplier selection and tender close-out.Assist with handovers to the delivery team and identify value engineering opportunities.Manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
