Projects include CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs, commercial refurbishments, industrial projects and wider workplace environments.With a strong track record across office and commercial projects, the business is looking to strengthen its pre-construction team with an experienced MandE Estimator.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced MandE Estimator to join the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for mechanical and electrical packages across a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.You will work closely with the wider estimating, design and project teams, taking projects from initial enquiry through to tender submission and handover.This role would suit an MandE Estimator with experience within commercial fit-out, office refurbishment or building services, who is looking for a long-term opportunity with an established contractor.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive MandE estimates for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.Review tender ..... full job details .....
