The company has been established 91 years, specialising in Commercial and Industrial Projects across, Education, Healthcare, Defence and Hospitality sectors. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of commercial projects, preparing detailed proposals, and collaborating with the Project Management and sales team to ensure successful project delivery. To be successful in this role, you must have a knowledge and understanding of pre-construction planning processes, Design and Build (DandB) contracts and current CDM compliance regulations.
