With a strong focus on investment, compliance, sustainability and customer service, they are committed to delivering safe, high-quality homes and communities for their tenants. and play a key role in managing and enhancing mechanical and electrical systems across the organisation''s property portfolio.Your new role Reporting to the Head of Assets and Projects, the MandE Estates Officer will be responsible for the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical services across a wide range of residential and commercial properties.Working closely with the Response, Servicing, Compliance and Planned Works teams, you will ensure statutory compliance, resident safety and the effective delivery of maintenance and investment programmes.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and monitoring MandE systems including heating, ventilation, electrical installations, lifts and fire alarm systems.Providing technical advice and guidance on repairs, upgrades, replacement works and planned investment projects.Reviewing contractor designs, drawings and technical specifications.Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements relating to electrical safety, gas and oil heating systems, fire safety, water hygiene and mechanical equipment.Managing contractors and consultants to ensure ..... full job details .....
