The role will involve working across high-end residential developments and office buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical building systems. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone confident working independently in plant rooms and building services environments. Commercial Gas qualifications would be highly advantageous, as there is the opportunity to undertake commercial gas servicing and maintenance alongside the core MandE duties. However, these qualifications are not essential, and we welcome applications from experienced MandE Engineers without gas certifications. An enhanced salary package is available for candidates who hold relevant Commercial Gas qualifications.
