MandE Contract ManagerWest Midlands 58,000 per annum plus car allowanceOur customer is a privately owned, independent MandE and facilities management business, that are growing rapidly. Due to new contract wins they are seeking a Contract Manager to manage a mobile team looking after a mixture of commercial office space, industrial, and high end residential sites. This role will suit a Contract Manager that wants to take ownership of new clients at the start of the contract, and that wants to progress their career as the company grows.Main Duties:Manage all building services operations on a multi-site contract.Profit and loss management on contracts worth around 1 million per annum.Provide an escalation point for service performance.Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract performance.Develop strong relationships with the clients site management teams.
