Our client is looking for an MandE Contract Manager to manage a static site in LeicesterYour main duties will include:Management of engineering team.Ensuring delivery of set contractual KPI''s and SLA''s.Provide technical support and advice to your team in relation to electrical and HVAC maintenance.Manage and oversee the day to day performance.Provide estimates and costs for project works.Maximise the contracts profitability.Ensure statutory compliance and health and safety requirements are met.You''ll be an experienced Contract Manager, with a technical background in HVAC maintenance in a facilities environment. Customer focused, with proven ability in compliance management, able to build rapport with both your team and your customer.On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to 56,000 per annum. Working mainly Monday - Friday, however there will be the requirement to work occasional weekends acting as a ''duty manager'', this is to be agreed but is expected to be around 1 in 4.
