MandE Construction Manager (Electrical Bias)My client is looking for an experienced MandE Construction Manager with a strong electrical bias to support the delivery of major construction projects for a leading nuclear end client.This is a Tier 1 contractor-side construction management role, requiring someone who combines strong site delivery experience with the technical capability to understand engineering information, challenge issues and support the resolution of design and construction queries.The position is hands-on and delivery focused. It would suit an experienced construction manager who is comfortable operating between the site, design team, subcontractors, client and wider project team.Key responsibilities Manage and coordinate MandE construction activities from planning and mobilisation through to completionTake responsibility for the safe, efficient and timely delivery of MandE works on siteManage and coordinate specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with programme, quality and technical requirementsWork closely with the client, design teams and wider project team to manage interfaces and resolve construction issuesReview drawings, specifications, technical submissions and other engineering informationSupport the preparation and resolution of TQs, RFIs and design queries, particularly across the electrical scopeProvide practical technical input where design information requires clarification, development or amendmentMonitor ..... full job details .....
