Interim MandE Compliance Manager London Local Authority £550 per day (Inside IR35) Interim London Braxfield Recruitment is supporting a London local authority in the search for an experienced Interim MandE Compliance Manager to lead on water hygiene and Legionella compliance across the council''s housing stock, with broader oversight of gas, electrical and lifts compliance. Water safety and Legionella control is the priority for this role, and the council needs a specialist who can drive compliance against ACOP L8/HSG274 standards with confidence, while providing assurance across the wider MandE compliance portfolio. The role You''ll take ownership of water hygiene and Legionella compliance as the core focus of this role, with day-to-day oversight of gas, electrical and lifts compliance across the housing stock. This includes: Leading on Legionella and water hygiene compliance, ensuring risk assessments, monitoring regimes and remedial works meet ACOP L8/HSG274 requirements Managing relationships with water treatment contractors and reviewing water risk assessments, log books and remedial action plans Providing assurance and reporting on water compliance to senior stakeholders, including escalation of any high-risk findings Overseeing gas, electrical and lifts compliance programmes, ensuring statutory servicing, testing and certification are up to date Managing relationships with MandE contractors across all four compliance areas, holding them to account on performance ..... full job details .....
