MandE Compliance Manager

Job Title: Mandamp;E Compliance Manager Location: South Kensington (Onsite - 5 Days per Week) Overview: We are looking for a proactive and resilient Mandamp;E (Mechanical and Electrical) Compliance Manager to join on a permanent basis, taking ownership of compliance across a diverse estate of several buildings in South Kensington. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can balance technical compliance with strong stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for Mandamp;E compliance across a portfolio of several buildings Manage and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and compliance records Act as a visible presence across the estate, keeping a close eye on site activities and addressing issues proactively Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment Confidently manage and influence challenging customers and stakeholders Drive actions to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently and without delay Key Requirements: Demonstrable experience in Mandamp;E compliance or maintenance within complex environments Strong understanding of statutory compliance, PPMs, and associated documentation Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle ..... full job details .....
