MEP Clerk of Works UK Projects (Healthcare and Defence)A leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering high-quality outcomes across both public and private sector projects throughout the UK, and spefically the midlands, are seeking an MandE Clerk of Works to support them on schemes across the healthcare and defence sectors.The Role / MandE Clerk of WorksWorking as part of a high-calibre consultancy team, you will play a key role in ensuring MandE works are delivered to the highest standards across complex, compliance-driven environments.Carrying out site inspections across MandE installationsMonitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to specificationsReporting on progress, defects, and workmanship standardsLiaising with contractors, consultants, and client teamsEnsuring works meet strict regulatory and sector-specific requirementsMEP Clerk of Works Skills and Experience Required:Proven experience as an MandE Clerk of Works / Site Inspector / Building Services InspectorStrong knowledge of MandE systems, installations, and compliance standardsExperience working on regulated environments (healthcare, defence, or similar)Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-focused mindsetAble to work independently across multiple project sitesICWCI, CIOB membershipElectrical, Mechanical relevant degrees and experienceEssential:Active Security Clearance (SC or higher)In Return?Salary: 55,000 - 65,00025 Days Annual Leave plus statutory HolidaysAnnual ..... full job details .....
