Facilities Engineer/Manager, Condition Survey Location: Midlands (with UK-wide travel) Contract: Permanent About the Role Are you a Building Services Engineer or Facilities Manager with a strong technical background looking for a change in career? This is an excellent opportunity to move into the consultancy sector, working on a range of MandE asset management projects including asset verification, condition surveys, compliance audits, and asset register creation. TSA are currently recruiting for an MandE Surveyor on behalf of an owner-operated Building Services Consultancy with offices across the UK. This role will be based across the Midlands, with travel to sites nationwide as required. The consultancy has a well-established reputation, delivering both MandE Asset Surveying and Design/Project Consultancy services. Due to continued growth within their national Asset Management team, they are looking to appoint an additional Surveyor to support the delivery of MandE Condition Surveys across a diverse portfolio including education, healthcare, PFI, and local authority estates. Key Responsibilities Carry out mechanical and electrical condition surveys across a range of property types. Produce and maintain accurate asset registers. Undertake asset verification and condition assessments. Complete compliance audits of MandE assets. Log, tag, and record mechanical and electrical assets.
