MandE Asset Surveyor / Building Services Engineer

TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a building services consultancy, who are looking to add several MandE surveyors to a role carrying out a survey of a large healthcare site in East Kilbride.The project in question requires a collection and condition survey of the mechanical and electrical assets on site. The client is looking for someone to start in mid September, with the work lasting for an estimated 6 weeks in duration.We are looking for qualified MandE Asset Surveyors, or an individual with a prior background within MEP services, either for an FM provider, consultancy, or direct for a building owner, to carry out a room by room condition survey, including verification and lifecycle. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising the consultants own in-house software.
