This is a key administrative role responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing job workflows, supporting engineers and Team Leaders, and ensuring that work orders and documentation are accurately maintained within our maintenance management systems. The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping projects and maintenance activities running efficiently, ensuring engineers have the information and resources they need to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain updates within the IFS / Mainsaver CMMS systems, including job creation, amendments, scheduling, and closure. Update and maintain PQR records within Mainsaver. Create and issue planned maintenance work templates for Team Leaders. Complete shutdown review documentation using information provided from engineers'' job reports. Dispatch work orders to engineers in line with Team Leader planning requirements.
