Assisting employees with desktop setup, computer configuration, phone and network connection, software installation, system access provisioning, etc. Manage service desk mailbox, and assign tickets (both hotline and mailbox), responsible for escalation management, including identifying complex issue and escalating to specialized teams such as infrastructure team, security team and application team, as well as head and deputy head of IT. Responsible for documenting solutions in a knowledge base and providing basic user training to prevent recurring issues. Responsible for provisioning new employee onboarding, for AD and business system user maintenance, password reset, lock and unlock user account, guide employee for access computer and FOVA system.
