HR Officer / Manager - What You''ll be Doing: HR Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Manage employee files in accordance with GDPR and internal data retention requirements. Maintain annual leave, sickness absence and employee records. Support the preparation of HR reports and management information. Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
