Review customs entry documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HMRC and relevant regulatory requirements. Manage customs inspections, holds, clearance exceptions, and resolve issues by communicating promptly with clients, HMRC, and related authorities. Guide the team in resolving complex customs issues and continuously optimise operational workflows and standard procedures. Maintain smooth communication and collaboration with clients, warehouse, transportation teams, and overseas agents to ensure seamless clearance. Monitor UK customs policies and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing company compliance.
