FRENCH SELECTION (FS) Mandarin or Cantonese speaking Assistant Finance Manager Location: London Hybrid work 1 day a week in the office Salary: up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience Ref: 4343FC To apply using our preferred format, please visit French Selection website, go to the vacancies page, search job reference: 4343FC The company: A leading international food manufacturer serving retailers, distributors and foodservice partners in international markets Main duties: Be responsible for driving the day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, cash flow and controls while supporting the business performance and process improvements The role: - Lead and oversee the Accounts Payable function ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments - Manage month-end and year-end reporting including financial and management accounts. - Oversee cash flow, banking activities and intercompany transactions ensuring effective financial management. - Supervise finance and accounting operations within the business providing guidance and support to the wider team. - Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improved performance. - Maintain strong financial controls, tax compliance and audit processes ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and Group policies. - Partner with internal stakeholders and companies Head Office providing clear financial information and supporting business decisions. - Lead and ..... full job details .....
