Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Bespoke Joinery Specialist Location: Greenwich, London Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per year (plus commission and bonuses) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Create detailed concepts for custom joinery (wardrobes, shelving, kitchen cabinetry, vanities, etc.), ensuring seamless integration into overall interiors.Technical Execution: Produce precise joinery drawing packages and specifications for fabrication, adhering to spatial and functional requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with joiners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution and quality craftsmanship.Client Engagement: Attend meetings and site visits, presenting designs and refining solutions based on feedback.Material Sourcing: Select finishes, hardware, and materials that align with design briefs, budgets, and aesthetic goals.Requirements:3+ years of interior design experience, with a portfolio highlighting bespoke joinery projects.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent).Deep knowledge of joinery construction, materials, and detailing.Strong communicator ..... full job details .....
