Your new role As an MandA Transactions Tax Manager, you will play a key role in advising clients throughout the deal life cycle. You''ll work on a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing tax due diligence, identifying transaction risks and opportunities, advising on deal structures and supporting clients through complex acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations. Working directly with partners, directors and senior stakeholders, you will lead work streams, manage project delivery and act as a trusted adviser to clients operating across a wide range of sectors.
