Responsible for the day-to-day ownership and delivery of transaction processes across buy-side, sell-side, and financing/refinancing workstreams. The role involves regular reporting to Senior Management with clear updates on live transactions and financings. It also requires ongoing liaison with partners, brokers, legal advisors, due diligence providers, and other deal counterparties.
