Description Lead tax due diligence, transaction structuring and advisory engagements across a range of deal types. Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing commercially focused tax advice throughout the deal lifecycle. Support private equity investors, management teams and corporate clients on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
