This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong corporate tax background who wants to build on their transaction experience and work on a broad range of interesting deals. You''ll work closely with Partners and Directors, advising shareholders, management teams, investors and businesses throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role You''ll be involved across a varied range of MandA tax assignments, including: Advising on the tax implications of acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations Supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle Undertaking tax due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions Identifying key tax risks and opportunities within transactions Supporting transaction structuring and tax planning Working closely with corporate finance, legal and other professional advisers Preparing and reviewing tax analysis and transaction reports Advising entrepreneurial businesses, shareholders and institutional investors Working alongside Partners and Directors on complex and high-value transactions Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted adviser Supporting business development and identifying opportunities with existing and prospective ..... full job details .....
