Our client, a leading boutique corporate finance advisory firm in the Midlands, is seeking to appoint a MandA Manager to support the continued growth of its practice. This is a key appointment, offering the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced Partners and to play a central role in the origination and execution of high-quality mid-market transactions. ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing transactions across MandA, disposals, acquisitions, and fundraising mandatesActing as a trusted advisor to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with business owners, management teams, and private equity investorsTaking responsibility for the full deal lifecycle, including financial analysis, valuations, preparation of marketing materials, negotiation, and project managementContributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the firm''s client networkCoaching, developing, and providing guidance to junior members of the team The successful candidate will demonstrate:Significant corporate finance, MandA, or transaction services experience gained within a professional advisory environmentStrong technical capability, with a proven track record of leading transactions to completionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships at a senior levelProfessional qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) preferredCommercial awareness, ambition, and the ability to thrive in a boutique ..... full job details .....
