      <description>Location: West Midlands | Salary: 120000.00-120000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | MandA DirectorMidlands based / Hybrid WorkingI''m supporting a PE-backed business that is looking to appoint its first dedicated MandA hire. The business has grown strongly through organic growth and is now looking to accelerate this through acquisition. Working closely with the CEO, CFO and investors, you will be responsible for helping build and deliver the acquisition strategy. The role will focus heavily on the front end of the deal process. This includes identifying opportunities, building relationships with business owners, developing acquisition pipelines and managing transactions through to completion.
