Description Lead business development and originate buy-side and sell-side MandA opportunities Build and maintain senior relationships across the Business Services sector Advise clients on strategic transactions from initial review through to completion Deliver high-quality MandA execution across the full deal lifecycle Identify new market opportunities and contribute to growth strategies Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Corporate Finance business Mentor, develop and support a high-performing advisory team Represent the MandA Director (Business Services) function at meetings, events and client engagements Profile The Successful Applicant Significant MandA advisory experience within Corporate Finance or Investment Banking Proven track ..... full job details .....
