MandA Analyst - Tech Team

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join an expanding team .As an MandA Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting transaction execution and strategic advisory projects across the technology sector. You will work closely with senior dealmakers, investors, founders, and corporate clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct financial analysis, valuation modelling, and market researchPrepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and client presentationsSupport buy-side and sell-side MandA transactionsAnalyse technology market trends and competitive landscapesAssist with due diligence coordination and data room managementBuild and maintain financial models including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysisEngage with clients, investors, and legal/accounting advisers during live transactions Skills and experienceDegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related fieldStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsExcellent Excel and PowerPoint capabilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsCommercial interest in the technology sectorStrong communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDesirablePrevious experience in MandA, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction servicesExposure to SaaS, ..... full job details .....
