Managment Accountant

Cedar is supporting a PE Backed global business looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join its finance team. The role will include: Producing monthly management accounts and reporting to strict deadlines Preparing journals, including intercompany and recurring charges Delivering monthly revenue reporting and technical ledger reconciliations Owning balance sheet reconciliations and resolving any identified issues Supporting VAT and tax reporting for UK and overseas entities Improving reporting solutions, processes and procedures Producing ad hoc management information and financial analysis Supporting wider business planning and reporting activities The successful candidate will have: Previous experience working as a Management Accountant A professional accounting qualification, finalist status or strong qualification-by-experience Knowledge of UK accounting standards Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and data manipulation Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet demanding deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Financial services or insurance experience would be advantageous but is not essential This is a great opportunity for a motivated and resilient accountant to join a successful international group with a strong and supportive culture. ..... full job details .....
