We have a superb opportunity for a Manging Quantity Surveyor to join our team working on our project at Cockfosters, London.As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take a lead role within the commercial function, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and overseeing the commercial delivery of significant civils packages on the project.About youAn accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).Solid experience as a SQS/MQS from a Tier 1 Main Contractor. Excellent commercial and contractual understanding.Strong NEC experience, including change and claims management.Previous experience managing and developing a commercial team.Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.If your past experience doesn''t match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
