This is a senior commercial position offering the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value refurbishment, façade remediation and regeneration projects, whilst providing commercial leadership to a wider team.   The Opportunity You will take responsibility for the commercial performance of a number of projects, working closely with operational teams, senior management and clients to maximise profitability, manage risk and ensure strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
