Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost control and financial performance. Oversee procurement, subcontract management, valuations, forecasting, CVRs and final account negotiations. Manage contractual obligations under NEC contracts, including early warnings, compensation events and change control.
