      <description>Location: Trafford Park | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Managing Quantity Surveyor Manchester A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in Manchester. Working across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects valued from £200k to £10m+, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance, managing risk, and supporting project delivery teams across a range of civil engineering, water, utilities and infrastructure schemes. The Role As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring robust cost control, forecasting, reporting and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
