In this role, you will hold ultimate commercial accountability for multi-million-pound assets, driving profitability while ensuring compliance, robust cost control, and strategic supply chain management. Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership: Lead, direct, and mentor a dedicated team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QSs across major civil engineering work packages. Contract Administration: Oversee strict governance and administration of major standard contracts (primarily NEC4 Options A, C & E , or bespoke regulated frameworks). Cost Control & Forecasting: Direct accurate Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasting, and earned value management across complex infrastructure delivery models.
