You will play a pivotal role in delivering a critical infrastructure project from start to finish on a highways project. Duties Lead and manage all commercial aspects of the project Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management Ensure accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts. Provide strategic input on risk management and value engineering. Collaborate closely with project teams. Person Specification Proven experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally on Highways- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification. Salary is up to -73,000 + allowance + pkg.
