As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will provide strategic commercial leadership across multiple projects while managing and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors. Working closely with operational and senior management teams, you will ensure commercial excellence from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors. Oversee the commercial management of multiple construction projects. Ensure effective cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Manage procurement strategies and subcontractor accounts. Negotiate contracts and final accounts with clients and supply chain partners. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Support bid and pre-construction teams with commercial input. Produce accurate monthly cost/value reports and forecasts. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
