This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading main contractor delivering complex civil infrastructure and highways packages across multiple live sites.The RoleAs Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will take overall responsibility for the commercial performance of several major logistics schemes, leading project commercial teams and ensuring successful delivery from procurement through to final account. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong strategic, contractual, and people management capability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial function across multiple civil infrastructure and highways projectsManage and oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reportingProvide strategic commercial guidance to project teams and senior leadershipAdminister NEC contracts, including compensation events, change management, and dispute resolutionLead subcontract procurement, negotiations, and commercial managementEnsure robust risk and opportunity management across all projectsDrive commercial performance and margin improvement across the portfolioBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key ..... full job details .....
