They are currently seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team and commercially lead a major £90m refurbishment project in Oxford. The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial responsibility for the project from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with the operational team, client and supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead the commercial delivery of a major construction project from procurement through to final account. Manage subcontract procurement, accounts and negotiations. Prepare and manage CVRs, forecasts and cost reports. Manage variations, change control and commercial risks. Lead and support the project commercial team. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Requirements: Previous experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to progress. Strong main contractor background.
