Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of work, they are actively seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Leicester office with hybrid and flexible working. Your new roleAs Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with operational teams, clients and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic commercial leadership, ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong contractual compliance and risk management. Key responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams across multiple projects. Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting. Administering NEC and other standard forms of contract. Overseeing subcontract procurement, negotiation and account management.
