Managing Quantity Surveyor

Are you a senior Quantity Surveyor in the Social Housing industry looking for your next role?In this post, you''ll be an integral part of the team to develop the client relationships throughout Lincolnshire and drive works to deadlines whilst managing and incredible commercial team. Your OTE could be up to 95k with car allowance and bonus and plenty of progression into more senior roles. What you''ll need: Essential:Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at a minimum.Social Housing refurbishment/retrofit sector knowledgeExperience working with Subcontractors Who you''ll be working for: Tier 1 contractor working with local authorities to drive refurbishment works to completion.
