Managing Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere-are looking to appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect.

At present, my client are happy to consider candidates who are-already established at MQS level, or individuals that are experienced SQS''s looking to step up.-

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.-

My client are looking for a candidate with a-good main contractor background and project experience that is relevant to the above. You will have overseen the commercial elements of individual or multiple simultaneous projects, valued up to -40M.-

You will have support in the form of an existing commercial team, whilst reporting into a Commercial Director.-

Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.-
