Managing Quantity Surveyor

I am looking for-a COMMERCIAL LEAD-for one of the biggest building contractors in the UK who turned over -1.3 BILLION last year.-

Experience in Educational (DfE framework) and Prison new build-or Refurbishment-is extremely-advantageous.

This is a role which requires working from a Derby office with occasional-site visits. The potential to work from home / hybrid is an option after the settling in period has been completed.
