      <description>Location: Greater London | Salary: &amp;pound;100000 - &amp;pound;110000/annum Excellent opportunity | Type: Permanent | A great opportunity for an established Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a Major contractor in the Education sector. The company have an enviable workload in the sector, with projects ranging from -20m - -100m in value.   RequirementsWe are urgently seeking a Managing QS, with experience managing teams delivering new and refurbishment / extension projects in the South London and Kent regions.   You will be responsible for advising on financial feasibility on projects at early stages Assessing returns from sub contractors and awarding work packages Monitoring and measuring actual expenditure against budgeted project expenditure through CVR reporting  Checking, collating information from your team and producing accurate financial reports  This is a great role for you if you have experience in working on two stage bids, prior recent relevant experience in the sector in a tier One contracting environment and the confidence and drive in dealing with the clients team, sub contractors and external stakeholders.
