Managing Quantity Surveyor
Rate: £750 per day Umbrella PAYE Location: South Lanarkshire Working Pattern: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday Length of Contract: Until June 2027 Start: ASAPAre you an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor with a background in major infrastructure, utilities or power projects looking for your next contract opportunity within the Transmission and Distribution sector?We are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a major energy infrastructure contractor, working within their Overhead Lines Commercial Team on a project based in South Lanarkshire.You will take a key role in the commercial management of the project, working closely with the project and commercial teams to maximise profitability, manage commercial risk and ensure effective contract and subcontract management. The role will cover financial reporting, forecasting, compensation events, variations, claims, subcontractor management and CVRs, so we are looking for someone with strong commercial experience and a good working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
