A well-established, medium-sized contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple sectors is seeking an experienced Managing Estimator to lead its pre-construction and estimating function. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and submission of competitive, accurate tenders across traditional and Design & Build projects. Review tender documentation, identify commercial and contractual risks, and develop robust pricing strategies. Produce detailed take-offs, cost plans and Bills of Quantities. Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiry processes, analyse quotations and agree final package selections. Undertake site visits to assess project constraints and incorporate findings into tender submissions.
