This is a substantial leadership position with the authority, resources and financial incentive to make a measurable difference. The portfolio and infrastructure are already in place, but there remains considerable scope to improve efficiency, attract talented brokers and develop new books of business. The opportunity You will have overall responsibility for the commercial performance, people and direction of the Leeds office.
