The opportunity Full leadership and PandL responsibility Drive profitable growth and commercial performance Develop and expand the company''s value-added offering Shape the structure and capability of the business Lead and develop an experienced management team Strengthen key customer, supplier and manufacturer relationships About you: You may already be an MD or GM, or a successful Commercial, Divisional or Operations Director ready to step into broader leadership. You''ll bring strong commercial instincts, PandL experience and a track record of delivering profitable growth. Experience within building materials, construction products, manufacturing or distribution would be particularly relevant.
